some people who are supporting me here have been like "AMANDA I LOVE YOU BUT I DON'T WANT TO GET FIVE EMAILS A WEEK FROM YOU!!!". some of you love it. if you love all the emails....change nothing.

but if you don't love it, i won't be offended. just because you want to support my art/creations doesn't necessarily mean you want to follow the minutae.

SOLUTION? thanks to patreon growing their toolbox, you can choose to be notified by email **ONLY WHEN I DO A PAID/THING/CONTENT POST**.   

here's how to adjust your "what-emails-you-get" settings...head on over to your patreon account settings and click the "email settings" tab on the left hand side. here's the direct link: https://www.patreon.com/settings/email  from here you can select or de-select which email notifications Patreon sends you system wide, and at the bottom you can select settings for the individual creators you follow.  here's what that looks like: 

don't forget to save your settings when you're done by hitting the blue "update email settings" button when you're done.  AND, NO WORRIES. no matter what your email settings are, as a paying patron, you can always view all of my posts on patreon by visiting my patreon page and clicking  the "posts" tab and just scrolling through the shiitake - here's the direct link if you want to bookmark it: http://patreon.com/amandapalmer/posts

ALSO NO WORRIES: for you $3+ people, etc, we will make sure to include links for you / your downloads IN THE PAID POSTS so you don't miss out on those.

MEANWHILE....i'm webcasting tomorrow!!! TO EVERYONE!!!!

i'm burning it at all ends at the moment and trying to squeeze in the last few hours of songwriting time in my beautiful little space in melbourne before i clock off for a couple of weeks and travel slowly back to the sates, but quick news: we are going to LIVE CAST the show from melbourne tomorrow night. on facebook. it's being broadcast from the little pub where i've been doing a residency (this wonderful spot called THE GASOMETER) and every night has been totally different. it's a very comfy family vibe and the sound for the livecast should be great, it's being shot by guy jukes, who's shot plenty of other dolls/AFP stuff in mlebourne (and he's here on patreon!!!)

we're going to cut the feed before i get to the new material i'm working on but there should be 2 hours worth of crazy-amanda-show, so TUNE IN. it'll start at 8:30pm melbourne time (here's a time converter so you can find your time zone).

the webcast will be public...just head over to my facebook page and i should be live. (it may be a few minutes after 8:30, but we'll try to start on time-ish).
