oh my god darwin. WHAT IS THIS PLACE? i tweeted my excitement to be here and all i got one one very lonely response from someone saying ”stay safe”. 

SAFE FROM WHAT? sharks? box jellyfish? coronavirus?  the mall??

my LAST TOUR SHOW OF AUSTRALIA is tomorrow night in this bizarre city in the northern territory and i am - SHOCKINGLY - giving away all my guestlist spots because i happen to know EXACTLY ZERO PEOPLE HERE. i am friendless in darwin. 

if you want to come i’ve got a deal for you: i will put you on PLUS 2, which i never do, but the chance of me selling 900 tickets in darwin between today and tomorrow is quite remote. so just get on it and convince people to take these guest list tickets. give me your FULL NAME IN THE COMMENTS AND TELL ME HOW MANY TIX TOU WANT (1, 2 or 3) and i will lost your and get back to you asap to confirm. cut off is 4 pm tomorrow (saturday).

i may do a ninja gig of me and my accomplice, lance horne, who happens to be here with me (long story) can find a gay piano bar. but i feel this is unlikely in darwin. anyone have a piano bar...?

the last time neil joined me on stage at symphony hall in my hometown of boston for some hot symphony hall action, he played the chainsaw during a dresden dolls song. how we can best this, i do not know, but we are going to try.
