LONDON/UK!: events, and CONCERT GRAND piano NEEDED for undisclosed adventure (Patreon)

hallo london!!!

sorry for the quick succession of posts but it’s crazy busy at the moment. 

i have a few events coming up, first of all:

there's AN ABORTION RIGHTS UK CHARITY EVENT i've been invited to play....it's at the, IO SHIT YOU NOT, BETHNAL GREEN WORKING MEN'S CLUB.....and there's very few tickets. NOV 6th!!! come show the working men what we are all about. 

i'll be joined by comedians fern brady, sadi azmat, and lilly burton. 

tickets go on sale to the public at 10.30am tomorrow morning so keep your eyes peeled: i would watch on their FB and twitter for info.

NOVEMBER 22nd i am probably going to record a live podcast in london in the evening. ticket info soon, patrons will get first dibbs, obviously, and the space will be teeny.

NOVEMBER 29th (almost def, but possibly 30th) i'm going to do an EVENT ABOUT THE ART BOOK somewhere in london.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME FIND A CONCERT GRAND PIANO FOR SALE?

not a grand piano. not a baby grand piano. a FULL NINE-FUCKING-FOOT CONCERT GRAND PIANO. a BIGGUN.

i need it for…important reasons. 

if a bunch of things work out, it is going to have....an adventure.

a fun london adventure.

it’s a noble cause, i promise you. there will probably be a patreon Thing involved. 

if a lot of things go RIGHT.

DETAILS:

this piano....it doesn't need to be in amazing shape, it just needs to be PLAYABLE.

my budget is about £10k, would obviously love it to be free, could go higher if need be. 

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A LOAN. I CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THIS PIANO WILL BE OKAY AT THE END OF THIS ADVENTURE.

color and brand don't matter. SIZE MATTERS. did i say that? 

yes. SIZE MATTERS. really, don't bother to get in touch if the piano is under 7/8 feet. I WANT A NINE FOOTER. you'll understand why later. 

LOCATION: 

this piano needs to be near enough london that i can move it easily into the city center (but it also depends on what the price is. if you've got a FREE CONCERT GRAND but you're in glasgow, i will may to move that fucker all the way to london - it'll be cheaper than buying a £10k one, because the move will probably only cost about £1k.) i will obviously arrabnge the move and payment privately with you if you're the seller.

WHEN:

i need this piano by around OCTOBER 6/7th AT THE LATEST.

ASK AROUND FOR ME! inquire in your local piano shops. if you're a craigslist/ebay expert, tell me if you find anything. maybe there's one sitting in your local charity shop that nobody has ever wanted to buy. maybe you know an old london person who’s got one in their living room or pub and has been going “eh,. i need to sell this thing.” maybe you work in a concert hall or church who have been saying “what do we do with this old, useless monster?”

it could have chipped keys, a cracked soundboard, it could really be ready for the glue factory.

it just needs to be MOSTLY playable. it could even have a few broken keys.
