GOOD MORNING

goddamn that was a good ninja gig. i have to rush off to (i am not shitting you) take a TED workshop/walk in which we will forage our own lunch from the public gardens of edinburgh 

really.

but i wanted to send you a little voice ramble...i haven't in a while. if you're new to the patreon....sometimes my voice blogs instead of my fingers. they're usually about 10 minutes. consider it a short podcast for your ears only. i enjoy it, and i don't have to edit it. it's like leaving an old answering machine message for a friend. i never do that anymore. remember doing that? and leaving like, 6 minutes messages, rambling on and on?

Aren’t children fantastic? Mine are now 19 and 17. I LOVE watching them grow and become their own people! Happy watching and participating in that growing process to you! Love and hugs also :-)

I think all my kids have been the biter and the bittee at some point during their preschool careers.... it’s hard being away. It’s taken me 9 years of being a parent and having 3 kids, to be ok with missing them when I have to be away - but also to be ok with not doing things that I want, or that feel important and useful for me/my work, and instead to make time to be with them in their little worlds if I can be which usually makes us all happier - even if also they often drive me to gin. Mostly do not get it right. Sometimes I do. You are amazing. Ash will be fine even if he’s playing up a bit now. Thank you for the voiceramble it’s so lovely. 🥰🥰

I know I used to bite when I was 4. A favorite child in my life, who is now no longer a child, used to bite when he was 4. I guess it's a 4 year old thing. Wow, KT Tunstall had fangs! In many ways, she still does. She is undeclawable! Love to you and all of your fanged folk!

I WAS DEFANGED TOOO!!!! I hadn't even bitten anyone. I was at the orthodontist one day, couldn't have been more than 10 years old, and they just filed them down with some horrible machine. No one asked me. The smell of my own teeth in powdered form was awful. So was the loss of my beautiful fangs. WHY??? I wish I had at least tried to stand up for myself. But I was no more than 10...
