Small town Minnesota woman here, but someday I'll see you in person!

Laura Wellner

I hope you're not too buried in snow down there in Woodstock! Another messy storm passing through tonight. Stay safe n' warm! Wish I could go to the book-fest, being book-ish, I'd love to go there, but the timing isn't right, maybe another time-ish. Love n' hugs.

Mary Henaghen

I would love to go to bookfest. I am legally blind and don't drive. I live in upstate NJ about 1.5 hours away from Woodstock, in the Hewitt section of West Milford, NJ. If anyone is willing to share a ride, I'll help with gas costs. Please let me know if anyone is close enough to help!!! Mary

Responding to the video, you are a big cute. I sing narrate too.

Lens is fun. Next time no vertical video please.

No reason why "vertical' video ought to be less well-supported than landscape mode. The human eye itself is format-agnostic.

Laura Wellner

Love the Lens video, how fun! And with books too! (I often catch myself being a bit sing-song-y when I talk, or story-telling...I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does that shit.) Christmas card burning... they do light up a fire with pretty colors...not so much snow up here in the Central Upstate region of New York, but I may speak too soon, I think we're going to catch some back draft from Lake Ontario and get dumped on some more. Wish I could post a pic of my little donkey staring at the snow outside the barn, she was totally like "oh bother." (link here on my Tumblr: http://laurajwryan.tumblr.com/post/171641746679/elizabeths-posture-says-it-all-oh-bother-too#notes) Also includes a story about her freaking out about a weasel being in the barn, she's very protective of her flock. Otherwise, she's very Eeyore.

Eh. le crash! I can open the link from my email 1 of 10 times, but the other 9 times patreon just crashed my browser. (Raccoon mind made me test it after it worked once, and it crashed again.) Hmm. But saw the video finally and you are delightfully goofalicious, amongst the seriousness. Our only heat source is a wood stove and it is surreal what we burn. I found my husband's day to day calendar from 2004 in the burn pile, and in it found the day we met and my name and number written there. Before, after, before, after. Hmm. But but but...why the cold east coast when you hate the cold? Why why? I get it, west coast especially CA makes people "too soft" (wear sunscreen Baz Luhrmann), but aren't there other warmer hip places for your warmth loving spirit?

Martha Mountain

This made me smile ear to ear and this will take me through the rest of the day's mad dash through the mail. <3

New Patron.Hope to see you in deep south Alabama one day. Aside from the stereotypical Alabamians, there's a nice group of some amazing people here who love them some Amanda Fucking Palmer. Stay safe on your journeys and good luck on your shows! 💕
