meanwhile: CROWD HELP!!!!!

we are making a secret music video for a secret song that a secret someone and i made....the shoot is in a couple weeks ON OCT 7-8th in and around woodstock, NY. 

there's a few things that the team needs help with before we run around shopping for and renting shit!!! you know the deal, waste not want not, so PLEASE read a message below from the video producer and chime in if you want to offer help, no hands are too small...

We are need all of the following!!!

anything we can crowd-source before we go out to big box stores to BUY it will be great. let us know what you can help with!!!

- LOCAL EXTRAS/CAST!! ----> Kids aged 5-15 who would like to be in the music video (have to be with parent or legal guardian for entire time). We will not need them for the full day but they should have flexible availability, as we do not know exact call times yet. Please include headshot and any acting/performing experience your child may have. theres some dough in the budget to pay the kids - we will chat it, just email us. 

- Local Violinist and Cellist, female or male. We will not need them for the full day but they should have flexible availability, as we do not know exact call times yet. Please include headshot and any playing/performance clips or experience. this is a compensated role. you won't be recorded audio-wise, but you'll need to read basic sheet music !

-  LEND A HAND!!! Volunteers to help on the set as production assistants for either the full or half a day. Availability to prep on Saturday, Oct 7 is also very helpful. (Please send a brief description of your interest and a little about yourself)

- BED TIME!!! People who live near Woodstock, NY and are willing to accommodate some of the crew or cast for the night before the shoot (evening of OCTOBER 7th)..

-  WHEELS!!!! we need a Large (8 seat) Black SUV to be used as a picture vehicle: high end, politician's style vehicle (for example: Ford Expedition, Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade). Please send photos, and make, model, year, and make sure to include a pic of license plates!!!

- TECH-Y!!!!! 2 x TV monitors with Stands around 15"-20" - we will need them starting Saturday evening Oct 7, and for the full day (into early evening) on Sunday Oct 8. (Please send make/model and if possible, a picture)!

- MUSIC!!! we need a playback system: 2 x large speakers + mic + mixer + cables (with input for iPad) will need by Saturday evening oct 7, and for the full shoot day on Sunday oct 8 (into early evening). Extension cords great as well.

MORE WHEELS?

- 15 Passenger van to drive our cast and crew from NYC on Saturday and return them Sunday night after the shoot. 

ANYONE WANNA FEED US??- Craft Services (Snacks/drinks) for the crew and the cast: large coffee maker (30 cups and up), tea, fruit, snacks, whatever can help the cast and the crew to stay energized during the shoot. Bottled water, napkins, serving ware, etc. Think a large and very long tailgate!! COFFEE :)

LOVEY!!!- Old stuffed animals to use as props (will return). -please send pics. sentimental and sweet the.- Old baby blankets to use as props (will return) -please send pics 

OLD WHEELBARROW???- Wheelbarrow to use as prop to carry small stones. -please send pics. older better. 

COVERAGE!!!- Pop-up tents for the whole day (please send dimensions, make/model, and/or pic)

PUT SHIT PLACES!!!- Folding tables for the whole day (starting sunrise!)

- Folding chairs for the whole day (starting sunrise)

- Umbrellas in case it will rain ️ (whole day)

- First aid kit to keep our crew and cast safe protected (whole day)

- BRICKS! we need 30-50 old bricks
