I was gonna just settle down for a quiet Saturday night of reading and prepping for my upcoming author interviews but something was nagging at me. A couple days ago I downloaded the new Taylor Swift album to see what all the hype was about. I posted this.

Below, I’m copying and pasting my post from socials from about an hour ago. I gotta say, it’s been a long time since I felt this level of glee in the realtime internet. Had a real Losers of Friday Night On Their Computers (if you know you know).

I started with like 13 songs and then people kept adding “HOW COULD YOU NOT INCLUDED ….” In the comments and I would be like “OH FUCK THEY ARE CORRECT” (including my OWN SONGS … how could I forget “Map of Tasmania”?! And “Creep”?!?) and like 2.5 hours later it’s now THIRTY THREE SONGS!!

I still wish to death that this Patreon itself had these Twitter-FB like capabilities to create a good pub for communication in realtime. I’ve been waiting 9 years, and there’s the chat, and there’s the Facebook with the patrons on it, but I want it ALL IN ONE PLACE DAMMIT. Fucking…maybe. Maybe someday.

After my semi-viral fucking post the other night celebrating how much I was fucking enjoying the amount of “Fucks” on Taylor Swift’s new record, I went ahead a made good on my threat in the comments to make a playlist of my favorite FUCK songs. I have so many fuck songs of my own that every other song is fucking mine. These songs are all mostly so fucking joyful. Includes two Taytay songs from the new fucking Taytay album. The only qualifier for the song selection was at least one use of the word fuck. Except the Belle and Sebastian song gets a pass.
