Massive Ivana #....3? (Patreon)

In my off time besides commissions, I tend to have some fun. And a few days ago, me and Clam discussed an idea to tease IPJ #2. That idea turned out to be the image below.

While her size does not differ much from the previous re-established size, there was ONE tweak that I did. How many she was carrying. This fact... kinda made us throw everything out of the window and see what I could come up with. That uh... I'll let you guys decide if that was a bad idea or not. :v

Normally it's fine to increase the size like that, but with Ivana, it was already established that she would have 10 children (and I said in comments that all Zento's would have 3 pregnancies). So I'm flat out ignoring what I said previously. I'm not entirely sure how I'll solve that yet, as there are plenty of ways of going about it. Change the Natasha scene (where the '10 children fact' came from) to whatever number I end up going for, revert to the triplets size, or mess around with surrogacy.

In any case, the teaser will most definitely come out once I do figure it out and... this will probably end up being a very interesting journey.
