Quick Announcement regarding billing (Patreon)

Subscription billing will be turned on, shouldn't impact most if not all active patrons. This only matters for upcoming pledgers or folks who will rejoin at a later time. Thought it already was the case, but apparently not!

This just makes it so that if you pledge on the 15th, next month's payment is on the 15th as well, instead of the 1st of that month. But if you're already active it won't change. 

I see no harm in doing it, I don't do any 1st-day-of-the-month activity of the sorts. So yeah, quick announcement there! More content will come soon.
