During the 260-week checkup, it became increasingly clear that Grace's body was nearing its limits. Walking became more of an issue as the belly kept hanging forwards, despite the regular use of a belly-belt, effectively restricting Grace to her house with a small walk being the main activity of the day. Her lactation problems tended to fluctuate in the past few years, however it surpassed any previous records as the production kicked into overdrive. What used to be a constant minor dribble had turned into several with seemingly no signs of stopping. In those brief moments she wanted to go outside, she furiously milked herself until the leaking wasn't as outrageous. That way she had a small window of an hour before she was engorged and leaking. This didn't do her appetite any good, as she's already eating for 4 yet still producing excess amounts of milk on top. She spent less and less of her budget on clothes and more on satisfying her periodic intense cravings.

Despite all this, Grace walked in the hospital with a smile. The positivity was immediately noticed by the doctor, even described it as a maternal glow. Even as she continued to leak all over the examination room, a constant Grace and her doctor had slowly gotten used to, she held her spirits unusually high. She was as healthy as someone could be after carrying triplets to full term 6 times over. They were going to monitor Grace for a little bit longer before sealing the deal.
