2021-10-09 19:34:11 It wouldn't surprise me that, because you already eat so much food, that in that first stage when it was excruciating, your body was already getting all the calories and protein it needed to build those atrophied muscles back up. Your comment about the work building up your appetite struck me because even though I'm only 235 pounds, after I started working out a month ago I've been easily 4 times as hungry, like utterly ravenous. I'm really happy for you for discovering the benefits of foot care. I started scraping my heels and calluses maybe 2 months ago and it takes a lot of continuous work to scrape them...like 3-4 times a week at least. Big suggestion tho: have you looked into arch supports? I got some hardcore orthotic arch supports in my shoes and I'm on a 3-arch-step "program," slowly breaking into them, and in just 2 weeks a tight spot in my back that's been there for years finally loosened up. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. I'm really happy you're going to get vaccinated and I'm glad you're building up essential aspects of your health &lt;3
