Hello friends!

I hope you're enjoying this warm August. Hopefully, our Northmen release has brought a cool breeze from the frozen lands to your summer!

This summer has been quite challenging for me. Moving from an apartment to my new house/office, I can't even count how many boxes we hauled up and down the stairs or how many car trips we made. But now, things seem to be settling down, and I can get back to a more regular work schedule :)

A few months ago, we made two demon sets in a row to explore two very different take on the same theme. With the Skutagaard Northmen Saga, I felt similarly inspired and wanted to expand on the Northmen with some fresh, unique units.

The Northmen Saga set drew from a rich tapestry of inspirations: real-world Norse history, as well as fantasy influences from "The Lord of the Rings" (think Rohan), the Highlands, and even the Celts.

In Part II, the saga will introduce some remarkable new characters: the fierce berserkers, the elusive Skuggi (stalkers from the shadows), and the enigmatic Seidr (wild casters). This clan harbors a secret—they bear the curse of the Bear. I bet you can imagine what that implies!

From untamed berserkers and sagacious shamans to formidable beasts, the Northmen Saga II, arriving this September, promises a fantastic collection of minis. They'll complement our previous models set in the land of Skutagaard (Northmen, Dwarves, Trolls, and Draugr, and let's not forget the Linnorm!) but offer a completely unique flavor.

Axes will return in the in a new intricate style, I'll be forging new hammers, magic staves and seax blades to be part of the weaponry of the set as requested by the community.

Can't wait to get my hands on the skinchangers and the heroes, the next month the Fjords will roar even stronger!

Have a great August!

Savage. Looks promising. At some point, I'm going to be looking for Forsworn proxies from Skyrim. Ever thought about making something like that? Their design isn't just that they wear hides. They don't use any metal either, which makes for very interesting weapons.

I love those design! I would just use the Northmen Saga II models coming next month and use weapons from the Frostheart Lizardmen, which are made from bones, wood and stone (resizing them to fit their fist). You'll have to insert them in 3d and supporting the northmen fist+frostheart weapon but it will bring the effect you are looking for :)

Hammer is my favourite weapon :) perfect for forging and smashing ogre! There will be 2 handed hammer in the set compatible with many characters!

Don't get me wrong, they look awesome, like usual. But I, as a DM needs monsters. Can we have some, pretty please 🙏🥺😅
