Original Bikini Karate Babes compatability (Patreon)

Some Patreons were having compatibility issues with the original BKB game.  Makes sense.  The game is 20 years old.  We've learned that it doesn't seem to work well with Windows 10.  However, one of our helpful fans determined that it will run on Windows XP 32 bits.  You can use a virtual machine in Windows XP mode to make this work.  Also, if you want a better visualization, run the "8bitdisplay" batch file.  Remember, the original BKB gameplay was in 8 bit, so forcing a higher bit depth sometimes provides wonky results.  The batch file will run it in 8 bit mode through a local browser.
