Moving! + SC Update Coming Soon! (Patreon)

Hello everyone, I hope you've been doing well with everything going on, make sure to stay safe! 

I know there hasn't been a whole lot posted so far this month but there's a lot happening right now for me and it's all going to allow me to be more productive and just generally better off

The big thing as you can see in the title is that I'll be moving from New York City to Iowa very soon (hopefully, depending on how lockdown pans out), the lease has been signed and the official move in date is August 1st but realistically I'll probably be there sometime around the middle of the month or so if all goes well

I'm making this move for a couple of reasons:

•  It's insanely expensive to live in NYC so it's been difficult to save for everything I need for SweetCanvas while also taking care of my financial obligations. Iowa by comparison is very cheap so I'll have to worry much less about being able to pay people to help me out!
• I'll be moving in with the love of my life which will of course make me much happier in general 
• I won't have to worry about my noisy roommates or the general background noise NYC has in general (those of you who have come to my recent streams will know all about that) and having basically my own fully customizable living space on top of the decreased living expenses would allow me to do things I couldn't do in the apartment I'm currently living in like invest in soundproofing + a better mic for streaming and recording tutorials and such as well as other quality of life improvements 

So yeah that's what's been going on recently but expect a lot more artwork coming in the upcoming month plus a LOT more after the move because of course to move I'm going to need money in the first place, and to that end I will be opening commissions at the start of July! 

I still have a lot of Patreon rewards that I have to do so don't worry if something is owed to you I will be working on all of those things after the move is over, if you have any questions message me either here or on discord! Right now though I need a lot more money very quickly to make the move as painless as possible

If you are reading this and you're not pledged but commissions are something that interests you then you should consider pledging! The discounts are priced to more than make up for the price of the tier (for example if you wanted to get a 200 dollar commission, pledging to the 50 dollar tier to get the 30% discount would actually save you $10 as well as grant you the reward for that tier) and in general the support is much appreciated!

With all that out of the way, as far as SweetCanvas goes, it has been progressing well, I now have basically all of the music that'll be in the game unless I decide to get more at some point along the line. The script I've actually reworked a couple times now but I am happy with what I have at the moment and the newest version is at about 35% completion as far as the main storyline goes following the three main girls (the progress bars will be updated soon to reflect these changes)

Production on SweetCanvas will pick up again dramatically shortly after the move as I'll be settled in to a much more stable work environment with a lot less to worry about, thank you everyone for your continued support and I hope you have a great rest of June!
