Update on the internet situation (Patreon)

Offical statement have came out saying that there was an underwater pipeline explosion that caused the wifi shortage but with all the current war and protest stuff going on, I believe this act to be far more sinister. But atleast cell data are sorta back, I will be uploading the Artifical arm in the next couple of days
