Update, pathogen virus? (Patreon)

Hey guys recently got some kind of bug, and I've been feeling pretty bad. Really bad stomach cramps on a scale of 10/10 loose stools and bloody. Had that all day yesterday now I'm doing better, I didn't want to go to the hospital because I knew I could get well soon, even tried to go to work yesterday. Well I couldn't function so I had one of my coworkers drive me home.
