For a change of pace, we checked out the first episode of a new (and terrible) TV show called "Chicago Justice," produced by an obviously-now-mailing-it-in Dick Wolf (of "Law & Order" fame). We were joined by our good friend, Ris McCool.

Things we liked about the show: the District Attorney is played by CARL WEATHERS! This means Andrew and Ris got to wax nostalgic about Rocky IV, and Thomas got to keep making jokes about how Carl Weathers was... making a stew or something? Also, several of the characters (both male and female) are smokin' hot. Andrew is still playing Survivor in the background, although to be fair that would have been the case even if this show hadn't given a job to Apollo Creed.

Things we didn't like about the show: Oh, god, just about everything else. This may rival The Firm and Changing Lanes for "legal plotline that just isn't a law thing." Also, we learned rather late that this episode was continued from episodes of "Chicago Fire" and "Chicago Cops" and probably also "Chicago Mattress Inspectors Unit." Also, nobody on this show seems to actually be from Chicago.

Enjoy!

The man who played Voight in that show was in "Going Clear" documentary on Scientology & that's his real voice. He had a tube down his throat from being in a hospital & it's his real voice.

That was a painful episode. Imagine how hard your job is, Andrew, to educate a population that watches crap like this and thinks that's how things really work.
