A man asks a friend if he could borrow his car keys, and the friend agrees. The man uses the keys to take the friend's aircraft, which is stored at Blackacre in Baltimore which the man and his wife hold as tenants in common. The aircraft was used as collateral for the purchase. After taking off, the aircraft runs out of fuel and the man makes an emergency landing on a foreign aircraft carrier that is docked in New York.
