Given that Executive Privilege is derived from the Separation of Powers and is intended to protect the Executive's interests from certain Judicial or Legislative oversight, and given that a Special Master would be a representative of the Judicial Branch, could the Biden Administration claim Executive Privilege to prevent Judge Cannon's Special Master from seeing documents in the NARA-lago case? If any documents actually are covered by Executive Privilege, as alleged by Trump's attorneys, what right would the Special Master have to see them?
