Ok, lots of stuff going around about espionage. Does that mean they have evidence of espionage? Is it necessarily as bad as it sounds? Because it sounds really, really bad.

Assume Herr Gropenfuhrher actually gets an orange jumpsuit... What's the protocol for jailing an ex-president? He can't go in general population, can he? What about his personal security? He's still an ex-president with all the former access to important information that implies, so he's probably still valuable to someone. If he's convicted in GA, does he go to the state prison? How would *that* work?
