The Supreme Court Commission finished its work early! Probably because, you know, they didn't f*cking do anything useful. Gabe Roth of Fix the Court returns to discuss why the commission failed, what's really wrong with the court, and debate with us how to actually fix it. Court packing? Term limits? Both? Listen in!

Hi Guys, great show! I love the way you break down american law and politics in a funny but also serious way, so you got yourselves a new patron from Germany. I've listened into some older episodes on the Mueller-Report and I am wondering whatever has become of it. Couldn't some prosecuter or other still charge Trump whith obstruction of justice? Now that he is a private citizen again, his immunity has ceased, right? Oh and we have a bit of stare decisis in Germany, if Andew ever feels like visiting us :) New bills mostly get up to the highes appeals-court to set precedent on how to interpret the statutes, if there is uncertainty about it. Keep up the good work, listening to you makes me feel more hopeful for you over there.

Maybe it's like The Jokers in the TV series Gotham. When Trump dies, Marjorie Taylor Greene will cut off Trump's face and wear it so the GOP follows her.
