So if the friend is still alive, the RAP is definitely not expired. The museum cannot alienate to a non charitable purpose so the property reverts to the Estate and is given to the friend.

If a person is held in Jail and not out on bail. Will they be given credit for time served if they are sentenced to the crime? Like someone from the Jan 6th insurrection. If they are held in jail for 1 yr and then sentenced to 1 yr in jail will they be let out with time served or is that up to the judge?
