I'm going to say "B" here. Sale of goods, so wonky UCC rules apply. (Wonky because I say so, and because they're not the contract rules I'm used to dealing with). The Yooper accepted the snowmobile on delivery, but can revoke his acceptance upon discovery of the nonconformity that affects his intended use of the product. There was no snow in July when he bought it - so it would have been difficult to discover the issue earlier. He discovered the problem after his first use of the snowmobile following the first snowfall in November - which seems reasonable. If I'm wrong on this, it is entirely the UCC's fault.

The question goes out of its way to set up a particular gap in time. With the purchase in July and the snowfall in November, there must be more than 90 days between the delivery and his complaint. I'm guessing that 90 days is outside the allowable window to revoke acceptance, so B is ruled out and he has to sue for it. A.
