If you're a gamer, or just very online, you have likely seen a ton of coverage of an explosive lawsuit against Activision. It alleges discriminatory behavior against women, ranging from general pay discrepancies to specific sexual misconduct claims. As usual, law-expert Andrew Torrez has the complete breakdown for us! Before that, we read a very moving email from Jane Doe #12 in the Liberty University suit.

At 26:00 Andrew is explaining details of a law suit, and Thomas speaks over him. Andrew then says, “Exactly!” To a hearing impaired person like myself, the interjection is completely non-understandable. I played it back multiple times at 1x, then switched to 1/2x. Still incomprehensible. I wish I could report that this was a one-off, and yet it happens frequently in this podcast series. All I ask is that the hosts take turns speaking for the sake of hard-of-hearing patrons like me. I can forgive humorous interruptions that eventually get back on track; and yet it frustrates me when content is blotted out by verbal cacophony of two people speaking at once.
