It can't be (A) as I believe there are protections for the press from this kind of lawsuit as it could easily be taken advantage of It definitely can't be (C) for so many reasons For me it is between (B) and (D), and between these two, D seems to make the most amount of sense considering the protections media organizations have from what might be considered frivolous law suits such as this
