Parler lost their TRO motion in federal court and moved to dismiss the case and refile in Washington state court. Can the defendant (Amazon) move to get it put back to federal court? Is there an advantage to them if they do?

so thanks to precedent Mitch McConnell set the democrats now can effectively only appoint supreme court judges when they have both the presidency and the Senate. Doesn't that imply that even when any of the current flange of howler monkeys die, it'll likely be a republican president who gets to replace them?
