Sadly, Thomas didn't pork the losing streak here, picking (B) while Morgan got the correct answer, (D) -- this was just hearsay with no exception and not a dying declaration.  Thomas is now 114-for-213 (53.5%) and looking forward to a new test!  (Morgan is 1-for-1.)
