I'll go with (C) because it has the most words.

I agree with Thomas on C. I don't think you can throw out testimony because of an unrelated conviction (A),and definitely not on unrelated allegation (D). I don't think B works because "You can't trust these people" didn't work in Twelve Angry Men.
