Delay of Chapter 33 - Update Post (Patreon)

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for your patience and for continuing to support Wildcards. I really appreciate your patronage and sticking with me. I wanted to explained what happened with Chapter 33 and why it wasn't released on Friday.

Chapter 32's rewrite changed the storyline. I personally believe that it's been changed for the better, and it's much stronger now than it was last week. Chapter 33 was going to follow on with story progression from that point on... but now the story is in a different place that requires outlining and recalibrating. I've written it three times, and I haven't been happy with any of them. 

I didn't want to have two rewritten chapters in a row, so I spent more time on making sure 33 was done correctly. I didn't have it done on Friday, I celebrated Halloween with my friends online and spent the last couple of days working on side projects to recharge my batteries. 

I will have the chapter finished this week, and I just wanted to thank you all again for sticking with me through it. It also looks like Helena is going to be featured in the first side story for Abidden. 

Before I go - I have a request.

I cannot reveal much, but I would like Patrons to comment, or message me with a name of their choice for a University Student and that student's Gender. I'd also like a suggestion for a Gaming University name.
