For Alt Gwen's, I did something different, showing how the flipping technique can help a lot when fixing anatomy or general blocking mistakes after an illustration is already on the way.

Flipping your whole work a few times while you work will help you make your art better, as mistakes that you can miss become painfully obvious! :) One of the best tricks you should use.
