Yes, she's Charmcaster! Hope, the 22 year old dark arts user, constantly torn between a life of honor and redemption and one of evil and madness.

Growing up without a father and being constantly bullied in Juvie wasn't easy. Seeing her magical powers grow dangerous and impossible to hide from others was what made her fall into the hands of her uncle, -the mysterious Hex- The time spent under his tutelage was the last drop, shaping her into the tough as nails, hardened criminal she is today.

She's had a few encounters with Ben, but it is Gwen she hates the most. Both can use magic, but Gwen's ability to defeat her without using dark magic is what pisses her off the most. If dark magic is stronger, doesn't that mean Charm is the lesser magic user, as Gwen can defeat her with only "clean" magic? Charmcaster is determined to get stronger so she can destroy her.

Besides... dark times are near... a catastrophe like no other before it. She's been sensing it for some time now, the signs are clear. She needs to get stronger soon... before it's too late.
