Ok, let me try. As I have said about Shar in previous posts, she just doesn't know a lot about human behaviour... and that includes what's appropiate and what isn't. That's something you -the player- will be able to exploit from pretty early on in the game. Public exposure by the way, is one of the various kinks we will explore in the game (and one of my TOP 5!)

Just don't try to go too far too soon. As with most things in life, patience pays off... Or try your luck, see what happens! Different dialog options will branch towards different results. But more on the girl's stats and dialog in another post.
