This a form brought on after Goku Black forced Babidi to give him a huge power boost so that he can be the ultimate warrior across time and space. With the power of the time ring, Black was able to see the events of SuperHero and witnessed Gohan ascend to his Beast Form. Black realizing this power, set out to attain a "Beast Form" of his own. Thanks too the Majin power up he was able to push his limits and evolve into this form which harness all the power of Divine Ki and the Primal Power of the Saiyans to create this new form of destruction.
