Just wanted to give a heads-up as to where I was in production. I've been working on the sex scenes and have got them in a really good place right now. I have all sorts of touchy-feely elements in, a few more options to go there. I wanted to talk about the way the core stats work in this game. There are three major stats related to whether you can do what you want to do, Love, Obedience, and Inhibition. The simplest one, and the one most prominent in the beta, is the Love stat. This is basically how much Rogue likes you and wants to make you happy. When you do nice things for Rogue and treat her well, her Love goes up. When you do things that are mean or piss her off, her Love stat goes down. This is the only stat that starts at 50%, which represents that she is neutral towards you. You will be able to quickly notch this slightly higher or lower, depending on your play style. If it's about 50, she's friendly, if it's below 50, she's annoyed, if not openly hostile towards you. This can be a highly volatile stat, depending on how you play. The second is Obedience. This is a stat based on how much she is willing to do what you want, against her own wishes. It starts at zero, but can raise over time. It tends to raise when you convince her to do something she is hesitant to do, and occasionally lowers if you push too hard and she outright refuses a direct order. Do not expect her to be submissive right away, but when you raise this stat into the 50s and above, she can become very submissive. Inhibition is a bit of a wildcard stat between the two, and starts at 100, where you want to work it down to 0. It basically relates to how much she's bothered about the outcome of her actions. This stat goes up most of the time that you convince her to do something she's never done before, or that is especially kinky, and it raises fastest when she decides to do something kinky on her own without you asking. When she has low Inhibitions, she is more likely to not give a fuck when asked to do something, so less likely to protest. Inhibition falls fairly inevitably no matter how you play, and never rises, so it's the closest to linear progression of the three core stats. The goal with these three stats is that they will allow you to play through the content how you would like to do so. Do you want to play it as a "Paragon" dating sim, where you convince Rogue to fall in love with you? That's an option. Do you want to play as a "Renegade" who pressures her into obeying you? This is also an option. Do you want to do a little of each? No problem. Most success checks in the game, to see whether she'll do what you ask, are based on comparing these stats, and while some flavors of them can only be unlocked by having high values in one or more of them specifically, and some are easier using one path than another, every option can be pursued along either the pure positive or pure negative tracks. There are also many other stats, and many other elements involved in manipulating these stats, but that's yet to come.

Aw sweet! Thanks guys! Now I need to figure out another goal. I've already started work on the first bespoke sex pic. I'll try to get a preview of it out soonish.
