Quick update to tiers! (Patreon)

Bit of a short update but I've added another reward to the Octave tier which gives all members of that tier a full 15% discount on my future commissions and with that being said I've also added another reward which is that supporters get a 24 hour head start on commissions meaning I open my commissions to you guys before the public, Oh and this reward applies to both tiers!
