Hi! yes! Hello!!!!!

This will be a lengthy post, but  important.

As some of you may know (and some may not) Patreon has recently had some issues with payments not going through.  I've seen a few of you reached out to me because the website says to reach out to the creator if the problem continues.  What's wild is there is nothing that I can do on my end to be able to fix it. All I can see is your name, email, the tier you're on, and if your payment is accepted/declined/fraud.

If this has happened to you, my first piece of advice would be the enter a new payment method, refresh the page, and that "should" fix it.  If it's coming out as fraud for you, then it might be wise to call your bank and make sure everything on that end is okay, then retry the method above. 

When those two methods don't work, that's when it's a Patreon issue.  I've also seen online/reddit/discord that MANYYYYY creators have ran into this issue that started at the beginning of August. I'm checking the status on this issue daily to see when Patreon will announce a solution.  Here is a link I've found about the issues as well as a statement about it from patreon. 

For all of you; that didn't have issues, that did and it worked out, and to those of you still trying: I am so thankful for you still being here. You know we (all creators) are only able to do what we do because of YOU: the wonderful souls who support us. When things like this happen, it can be discouraging to creators and it can be scary to you. There are not enough words to express my sincere and deepest heartfelt thank you for supporting me like you have. Pushing through tech difficulties, illness, moves, and just life stressors; we keep showing up for each other.  I've told once, I've told y'all twice; I truly believe you saved my life more than you know.   I am so happy that we live in a time where we can all be connected and together on the Hot Mess Express.
