Not entirely sure why people gave you grief for including this on polls for Pride. I mean AIDS ravaged the gay community in the 80s, it’s something that needs to be remembered. And I’m glad you watched this.

Definitely agree. As somebody who was born in 1985 and navigating my bisexuality in the 90s & 00s (without yet knowing the term for it), this was one of the few "gay" movies that I pointedly remembered seeing and having an impact on me as a kid/preteen.
