Hello! Here's a quick look at what movies and shows I've been watching this week.

Exposed: The Ghost Train Fire (Netflix)

Interesting look into conspiracy theories and a coverup of an amusement park ride which left 7 people dead. 3 1hr episodes, limited series.

Fargo - Season 5 (Amazon Prime)

Filmed in my home province of Alberta and based on the Coen brothers film, this returning series stars Jon Hamm and Juno Temple. 7 episodes are currently out with more being added shortly. 

Hell Camp:Teen Nightmare (Netflix)

A heartbreaking look at the wilderness therapy camps for teenagers. I wish they would have made it into a limited series, I feel like there's a lot more to explore here. A version of these camps still exist today 

Wonka (2023)

I didn't have high hopes for this film as I love the Gene Wilder version, but I was surprised by how fun it was. If you're looking for a feel good movie with catchy songs to start off the year, I would recommend Wonka. Olivia Coleman gives an amazing performance and it was interesting to think about what Wonka's backstory could be. 5
