Enjoyed watching along with you! You asked about the exploding truck. It was a miniature, rear projected on a screen Linda Hamilton ran in front of. The metal skeleton was pure nightmare fuel when I was a kid. Stan Winston at work. There are sequels, but I recommend stopping with Terminator 2. I hope no one in the comments spoils it for you. I love that you get to go into these blind. The marketing at the time gave away far too much. This was a low budget sleeper hit, about 15 million in today’s dollars. Adjusted for inflation, Terminator 2 had an almost 200 million budget

Yeah I agree with Ken. Definitely watch T2 and stop there. (Although T3 does have some interesting moments, I'll admit). All the others since have somewhat convoluted timelines and played with the original storyline too much.

Thank you for suggesting it! Thats so cool! I love miniature work in movies. Haha I believe it! I definitely want to watch the sequel and see where the story goes. Thats crazy! I feel like they definitely spent the money in the right places!
