Ohh ohhh jus gonna watch. Anakin, you can’t say what I was gonna say lol. The Matrix before the Matrix. The cast has to be one of the best I’ve seen. Love em all

Great reaction, Jen. “That’s their go-to move, ‘shut it down’” The main reason I chose the director’s cut is there’s a voice-over by the doctor at the beginning of the theatrical that gives too much away up-front I think. It has a lot of the information he gives during the boat ride to “Shell Beach.” It’s on youtube. That was definitely a bad dubbing when the couple was eating dinner. I think except for Jennifer Connelly and William Hurt, most of the cast was Australian. You can hear the accents coming through sometimes. When the doctor is appearing as a milkman and fireman and all that, those are still not John’s real memories, but he’s using them as a means to teach John how to use the Stranger’s machines.
