High Tension is the Best of the list. Hills have Eyes is also good. My inner gore geek would be happy for both movies.

hmm...not quite... Deliverance has a scene that is just as bad but not as graphic because there are 30 years difference...The settings are different and the stories are different. Its like looking at something. From a distance they are the same but use a microscope and you see lots of differences.
