thanks watched it. from the descritption is should just introduce a second nearest note from the scale below or above the current note? i think you can do that (in ableton too) without much coding skills. it should be a transpose (-2) and a key filter in a note fx layer. this should give you two notes close together constrained to a scale. you can even add a note delay to the second layer. or maybe im not getting it fully :D
