FIRST PANEL
1: Hestu is once again visible in this comic; he's chilling on top of one of the buildings and he's visible in between Galeem's wing... things. Glad you managed to spot him, Brandon Digwood!
2: Galeem and Tabuu mention fighters that have attacked/defeated them in the past: Sephiroth (a naked anime man) by Galeem and Sonic (a blue rat) by Tabuu.

THIRD PANEL
3: A picture of Goemon is hanging on the wall in the background. Good catch, Generic Hero.
4: Apparently, the Smash House is in possession of one of the, if not THE, most valuable amiibo's in the world: Qbby from BoxBoy! This amiibo is often valued at multiple hundreds of dollars. But yes, they indeed removed it from the box, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends.
5: Inkling is joining Wii Fit Trainer for a nice yoga session in this panel. Isn't that wholesome, Pokedude14?

FOURTH PANEL
6: One of the Master Hands in the top half of the panel does the "made you look" hand gesture. And it did made you look, Trigger!
7: This week's loss is visible in the pink Duck Hunt Duck feathers. Pretty obvious this week huh, Calvin Barbanell?
8: Upon Master Hand's unexpected entrance, Inkling Girl instinctively switches to Squid Form.
9: Green Dragon 53 noticed Balthazar watching the attack from the yard. He also seems very shocked.

FIFTH PANEL
10: One of the many Master Hands is lifting up the roof from an Xbox-colored house, and another Master Hand is casually lifting Master Chief from it. These do seem more polite than the others, Lord Circe.
11: Glover seems to believe the rapture has come and fellow gloves are finally taking over the world, as mentioned by Edgar Castro.
12: Oh, you're right, Creeperky. We accidentally drew a left hand instead of a right one. Our mistake.

SIXTH PANEL
13: (Part of) Miep is seen casually resting on top of one of the Master Hands (right above Kuma). Wonder if she gets dropped on the battle royale island as well, Spirit of Gotham.
14: Right next to that, one of the Master Hands drops a little crewmate. Found by Cameron Devera.

EIGHTH PANEL
15: "Ultimate" in "The Ultimate Battle Royale" is written in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate font!
16: In the background of this panel, we can see the Knight (from Hollow Knight) hanging from a tree. I don't understand the contemplating life comment, but I'm assuming you're telling me you've spotted his presence, Ethan Cross.
