Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There's one Loss, one Balthazar, one Miep and one crewmate. Bonus comics don't count.

FIRST PANEL
1:
Beedle is singing The Inner Light in this panel. Which is a song by... The Beatles (Beedle/Beatles, get it?). Glad at least someone noticed a reference to the greatest band of all time, Lord Circe!

SECOND PANEL
2:
A drawing of the king from the CD-i Zelda games is also visible under Beedle's tarp. Proud of you, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends, MAH BOY.
3: Next to that, there's a cute little drawing of a crewmate, as mentioned by Brandon Digwood!
4:
The final reference on Beedle's tarp is indeed the cool S, Percylegallois!

THIRD PANEL
5:
There's a dragon (not sure which one actually) passing overhead in this panel! Good eyes, Creeperkry!

FOURTH PANEL
6:
A Moblin is wearing Beedle's backpack/shop in this panel. I think he'd make a great merchant, Calvin Barbanell.

FIFTH PANEL
7:
Miep thinks she's a Lynel, apparently. She's sitting on the back of the big female Lynel in this panel. Found by Cameron Devera.

SIXTH PANEL
8:
Credits go to Mink for the Family Guy Death Pose Bokoblin in this panel, Pokedude14!
9:
We can see the female Lynel nocking three arrows since she's using a Lynel Bow here. Even though I think the arrow just splits into three in the actual game.

SEVENTH PANEL
10:
Link and Pikachu seem to have picked up some Climbing Gear somewhere. I wonder how they found two pieces and how they tailored one to fit a rat.

EIGHTH PANEL
11:
I slightly edited the banner above the entrance to the stable in this panel to show a horse running away from its (angry owner). Glad you caught that, Generic Hero.
12:
A relatively detailed Loss is visible on the tapestry inside the stable. Guess it wasn't very subtle this week, Spirit of Gotham.
13:
I put Koltin in the asylum kart because out of all the Zelda characters, he definitely seemed the most suited for an asylum, BenjaMan64.
14:
Blupee Balthazar is watching the stable in the background, as pointed out by Williams Fan 92.
15:
I decided to put the fictional Hyrule asylum in Lanayru because the area and the Zoras are associated with healing. Also, it seems like a nice place without too many triggers (except for the goop falling from the sky).

The details that not been found are marked italic.

Invisible Cloud

This is an odd one to describe but I believe villager is throwing a bokoblin in panel 6 similar to how moblins do the same in botw/totk. I guess this also means he sided with them. Not sure if this is a smash reference; I know he can essentially store items and use them or throw them but I doubt that’s the intention here

Panel 8 has loss right behind link, on the frame in the stable
