Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There is ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar and ONE crewmate. Bonus panels don't count.

1:
A Celestial Minion from Bloodborne is being carried away by the Pikmin in the first panel. Guess I shouldn't be surprised of Nintendo fans not recognizing this particular enemy, huh?
2:
But why no one mentioned the Salmonid king from Splatoon 3 was more surprising to me. I think he has a name but I haven't played Splatoon 3 so I'm not sure.
3:
Ridley still considers himself a Pikmin, edmg7. He even has his little flower on the top of his head still.
4:
A Grunt (from Halo) is being carried away in the first panel as well. I think this is the first time I drew a Grunt instead of an Elite, UnSaxon51.
5:
One of the seeds that Ivysaur is planting in the second panel looks suspiciously like a crewmate, as pointed out by Cameron Devera.
6:
Pokémon Trainer has replaced her regular hat with a straw hat in the second panel. Fits the gardening theme, I guess.
7:
Totally forgot a included a Cool S emblem on Palutena's belt in the third panel, Bastion! Glad you pointed it out.
8:
Sora was visibly sad when he lost Arceus about halfway through this arc, so it's only natural that he's all happy to be reunited with his Pokémon in the third panel, Paperdust.
9:
For the first time ever in these comics, Kazuya is wearing his suit! He got all dressed up for the medal ceremony in the fourth panel.
10:
Kazuya and Byleth get G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time) medals, but Incineroar gets one that says C.A.T. I wonder what C.A.T. is an acronym for, VisionPlayer22.
11:
Also, Incineroar apparently prefers to wear his medal around his waist like a wrestling belt. Good catch, TommyW!
12:
Piranha Plant is all happy and proud of his dad in the same panel. He also got matching ties, as pointed out by Generic Hero!
13:
All the characters in the fifth panel are animals! Except for Villager of course. But this was a little reference to Isabelle being a dog and ANIMAL Crossing as a whole.
14:
And among the animals is our good boy Balthazar, in the right corner of the panel. Good catch, Trigger!
15:
Definitely counts, Lord Circe. I remembered the two doorknobs at different heights I put in a previous comic and I made sure to give them another appearance in the sixth panel.
16:
Yes! His name is Rudy the Clown, Luffink. He's the final boss in Wario Land 3 and is indeed represented on Isabelle's case in the fifth panel.
17:
On the same suitcase there's a little sticker of Rover from Animal Crossing, as mentioned by Daniel Myhre. I think you could meet Rover and get his suitcase in New Horizons but I can't remember well.
18:
Still appreciate the joke, Spirit of Gotham. Loss is indeed in the floor texture of the plane in the sixth panel.
19:
The fasten seatbelt-sign in the final panel isn't lit, Tejayes. So Isabelle isn't ignoring it, she's just following the rules.
20:
A huge chunk of this comic is one big JoJo reference, as A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends said. The title is a play on Last Train Home (the music that plays during the end of Stardust Crusaders, mentioned by William Dryden), Isabelle smiling at the photograph and the final sepia-tinted image.

Next week, I'll reveal all the details that haven't been found. These ones are written in italic.

As Isabelle is writing in her diary, we can see Loss in the texture of the planes floor. Also, the end kanji and filter are the same as those at the end of Stardust Crusaders.
