1: All the Pokémon in the background are Pokémon nog appearing in Sword/Shield. The staff and Charizard's servants DO appear in Sword/Shield. Found by Zoe Kunz and Alex Nelson
2: The Panchams are wearing Charizard-branded clothing and a Charizard banner.

'God save the Champion' is a parody on 'God save the Queen'. Found by KTH

Arcues has a cool regal speech bubble, fitting his godhood. Found by Rich Hilborn

There are Mareeps on the non-Galarian side of the border and Wooloo on the Galar side. Found by AquaticMadman

Arceus' name is spelled 'Arkeeyus' on the Pangoro's flipboard. This is a reference to people having varying opinions on how to pronounce 'Arceus'. Found by Jacob Cervantes

The silhouette flying the banner in the final panel is a Dragapult. Found by Phloxiana

Gardevoir fell in love with "Charizard" and the Leavanny in the background is either a Ditto or the anime version of it (bc of the eyes)

Dunno if the Bonus Panel counts, but the sign says you're leaving Galar for Kalos, a reference to how Kalos is based on France and Galar is based on UK, both of which are neighboring countries in Europe.

Suprised houndoom in back of arceus. Also a Krokorok, Hariyama and Muk. I hope this counts as a detail....
