1: Sakurai has a mech figurine on his desk. In 2017, he told an interviewer that he wanted to use the rifle as a reference for his work, but nobody knows for sure which character he meant by that. Found by Alex Nelson

4: There's a to do list on Sakurai's desk in the first panel that baits Hidden Detail hunters. Found by Rich Hilborn
5: According to the letter on Sakurai's desk, Rayman will be a future Smash fighter. Found by Zoe Kunz.
6: The framed Japanese quote in the fourth panel translates to 'Ridley is still too big'. Found by Charles
