Welcome to the very first episode of the revamped Hidden Details blog! Instead of listing all the Hidden Details in a huge wall of text, we've decided to turn it into a game!

Have you found some obscure reference or detail in this comic? A JoJo reference? A sneaky little Loss? A callback to a previous comic? Let us know what you've found in the comments! Every detail that has been found will be added to the list below. Once everything has been found, this comic will officially be marked with "all details found".

Some details are obvious, but others are extremely hard to spot! Happy searching!

Please only mention one hidden detail in your comment.

Hidden Details:

1: Mii Swordfighter and Mii Brawler are mad at Mii Gunner stealing the spotlight with the Sans costume. Found by Miichi
2: Ness is welcoming Sans, referencing the numerous connections between Earthbound and Undertale. Found by James Patrick Victoriano
3: Fox is welcoming Sans. This a nod to the creator of Undertale, Toby Fox. Found by Erik Daems
4: There's a poster predicting Terry's release in the first panel. It was supposed so say November, not October. I'll probably retcon this in next week's comic. Found by Jacob Cervantes
5: Shulk is showing off the recently announced Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition. Found by Zach Strand.
6: Samus does her iconic thumbs-up pose because she's also fond of enhanced editions. Found by Alex Nelson
7: There's a Loss in the confetti (above Samus, slightly to the right). Found by Sal Hagen
8: Sakurai is struggling with two controllers in the background, just like he did in the Banjo presentation. Found by Hernan Tellechea Garduno
9: Munchie, from the Herodent comic, is on the table in the third panel. The red Pikmin from the same comic is also there. Found by Zoe Kunz
10: Greninja is serving water and refilling it with his hands. Found by Rich Hilborn
11: Kazooie's nicknames for Bottles and the situations she mentions are picked straight from the Banjo-Kazooie games. Found by Christiaan Albers

All the details have been found! This was pretty fun, right? I think I'll do this again this week. I'm going to keep track of who found the most details. Maybe that person will win something at the end of the year, who knows...

Does putting two falcons next to each other count?

Shulk is showing everyone the announcement of Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition.

Ness standing behind Sans being a reference to the "Sans is Ness" Game Theory video, and by extension, Toby Fox's EarthBound Halloween hack

Samus approves of the HD remaster of Xenoblade. After all, she had a game remastered as well: Samus Returns!

That's actually because the dialogue originally included something like 'I know my name is a bird, but you gotta be happy we now have another actual bird, right?'. There wasn't enough room so I had to cut it.

I meant to reference the long rumored Metroid Prime Trilogy HD port, but I'm gonna just count this as 'Samus does her iconic thumbs-up pose because she's also fond of enhanced editions' ;)

Just two left! One is easy to miss because it's pretty obvious, the other one is very sneaky and hard to spot.

The "cursing" and flaming that Kazooie does that you can find in Banjo games since its an E rated game so they couldn't be to harse (Completely thought of this one myself of course)
