If you've been paying attention to my Facebook or Twitter, you might have noticed some comics (or cartoons, more like) popping up on a different channel than usual. Two weeks ago, I teased some mysterious collaboration with a mysterious company. We're still not 100% sure if this collaboration is going to be happening, but the signs are very good.

The mystery company in question is Game Mania, which is basically Gamestop's Dutch and Belgian equivalent. It's a great store to score some second hand games, goodies or devices.

Just about every major city in the Netherlands and Belgium has one and the staff is always extremely friendly.

I got in touch with the marketing department at Game Mania a few weeks ago and I offered a partnership in which I would make comics for them so we could get some exposure and they could get some cool content to share. They were very enthusiastic about the idea, although they wanted to test the waters first. So last week and yesterday, Game Mania shared two cartoons I made for them. One is about Mario Kart 8 Deluxe  and the other one is about Call of Duty: WWII . I also made a floor plan of a Nintendo Night in Ghent last Friday, which I went to myself as well. I had a blast playing 1-2 Switch and Smash, but I missed the Mario Kart tournament because we got caught up in traffic...

Anyway, based on how well these comics will "perform", we'll continue teaming up. So far, it's looking very good.

I wish I could tell more, but as I said, we haven't "officially" partnered up yet. When we do, you'll hear about it. Very loudly ;)
