Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There's one Loss, one Balthazar, one Miep and one crewmate. Bonus comics don't count.

FIRST PANEL
1:
The first line of dialogue in this comic is ripped directly from the Skyrim intro! Good job recognizing that, Ethan Cross!

THIRD PANEL
2:
Miep is pretty well hidden this week, I think. You can spot her tail in the left corner of this panel, next to Claude's yellow scarf thingy. Good job, Brandon Digwood!
3:
Also hard to spot: the 末 kanji, right underneath Mario's feet.
4:
Our Lord and Savior, Spanky, is still alive and is strolling past the cave opening right next to Mario. He is invincible indeed, Carlos Hooper!

FOURTH PANEL
5:
This week's appearance of the gotcha-game-playing-Master Hand is in the second quarter of this panel, right next to Pikachu's ear! So that's not an OK sign, Calvin Barbanell, but I'll count it.
6:
In the third quarter, Balthazar is looking on as Master Hand is closing in on dead Pikachu. Found by Cameron Devera.

FIFTH PANEL
7:
Greninja seems to be really happy to see his fellow Pokémon buddy again. Isn't that just the sweetest?
8:
The obscure retro character of the week is Rocket, a robot on wheels from the Nintendo 64 game called "Rocket: Robot on Wheels". You can spot his silhoutte next to Joel. No clue how you recognized someone as obscure as that, Pikablu!

SIXTH PANEL
9:
The Master Hand guarding the ship seems confused by Pikachu's Thunder. Can't blame him.
10:
Part of a previous crewmate (the cabin on the ship) is visible in this panel, but the actual crewmate this week is on Pikachu's shoulder in the top left of this panel. Glad you still noticed it, Spirit of Gotham!
11:
This panel also contains loss, as discovered by Generic Hero: it's visible in the rocks of the part of the island that got destroyed.

Details that have not been are marked italic.

I believe Rocket Robot on Wheels is in the loser box.
